You can place an order for a customized tote bag directly on our website. Simply choose the tote bag style you prefer, select your customization options (such as color, design, and text), and add the item to your cart.

You can upload your logo or design file during checkout. If you prefer, you can also email your design to info@pamusan.com after placing the order. Our team will review your file and confirm the design before production.

How long does it take to receive my customized tote bag?

The production time for customized tote bags is typically 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I see a preview of my customized design before placing the order?

Yes! For every order, we provide adesign previewand send it to you for approval before production begins.
