What file formats do you accept for my logo or design?
We work best with a vector file (AI or a print-ready PDF) or a high-resolution PNG at 300 dpi or better. Send whatever you have and we send a free digital mockup before anything is printed; if a file needs cleanup for a sharp print, we tell you what to fix.
Is there a minimum order to print my own design?
There is no per-design minimum on logo prints, so you can order a small run or a large one. Minimums are set at the product level: most cotton totes start from a low quantity, while smaller pouches have a higher minimum. The exact quantity is listed on each product page.
Which printing methods do you offer, and which is best for my artwork?
We print with DTG, DTF, silk screen and embroidery. DTG and DTF handle full-color logos and photos with no setup fee, silk screen suits bold solid-color runs, and embroidery gives a premium stitched finish. We recommend the right method for your file when we send the mockup.
How long does it take to get my bags, and what does US shipping cost?
Printing takes about 1 to 3 business days after you approve the mockup, and delivery is usually another 2 to 4 business days in the US. Orders over $150 ship free. We print in our own factory, in operation since 2014, and ship worldwide, so the timeline stays reliable.
What bag colors and fabrics can I print on?
You can choose natural (undyed) cotton or colored cotton and canvas. Natural bags keep costs down and show most ink colors cleanly, while darker bags print best with DTF or silk screen. If you are unsure, ask on your mockup and we confirm how your colors will look.
Can I order blank bags, or do I have to add a design?
Both. Order blank bags if you want to decorate them yourself, or send a logo or full custom artwork and we print it for you. Because there is no per-design minimum, a simple one-color logo and a full-color custom design are handled the same way.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup that shows your design placed and sized on the actual bag. Nothing goes to print until you approve it, so you can adjust the size, position or colors first.
